Quotations for furnishing the following item shall be received in the office of the Property & Supply Management Section (PSMS), Board of Liquidators at  399 Minerva St. corner J.P. Laurel St., San Miguel, Manila, not later than  November 27, 2006  at  10:00 AM at which place, time and date, the same shall be opened by the Canvass & Review Committee (CRC).

                                     Repair of package type A/C 5 TR.
                                                Scope of Work:
                                        - Leak test use dry nitrogen
                                        - Leak welding
                                        - Flushing of the system w/ Freon R-11 dry nitrogen
                                        - Vacuuming dehydration
                                        - Recharging of Freon gas R-22
                                        - Start up & observation
 

      The Board of Liquidators reserves the right to reject any or all bids/quotations or waive any formalities therein as may be deemed in the best interest of the Government.

      If interested and in a position to provide the same, please quote your government price(s).  Payment shall be made in the form of company cheque drawable from Landbank of the Philippines (LBP) Malacañang Extension Branch, subject to VAT and withholding tax.

      Interested suppliers are required to register first and logon at the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) Website (https://www.philgeps.net/GEPS/default.aspx) and download this document from there before they can participate.
